The Blythewood High School chorus, pictured above, was awarded Superior with Distinction at Choral Performance Assessment.  Pictured below, Julie Ann Russell, Blythewood Orchestra teacher, with awards from String Orchestra (Superior), Concert Orchestra (Superior) and Chamber Orchestra (Superior with Distinction).  Chamber Orchestra scored the highest of all the schools in Region 3.

Griffins Lead

Fairfield Central’s Student Council attended the South Carolina Association of Student Councils’ State Convention March 17-19 at Sumter High School. The Griffins placed first in Recreational Activities with their Faculty vs. Student basketball game, first in the Poster Project and second in School Spirit with Fairfield Fridays.
