FAIRFIELD COUNTY – With the threat of heavy rain and high winds, Fairfield County School District made the decision to move to eLearning on Thursday, Aug. 8. Richard Winn Academy announced plans to delay their first day of school, originally set for Aug. 8. They will now begin on Monday, Aug. 12.
